|Recommended: YesExceptional Living Environment Service — The Gantry has been an exceptional living experience. The apartment units are clean with large and open room layouts and high-end appliances. The waterfront location and many amenities roof, gym, garden are exceptional. More important, the staff are always caring, quickly responsive, and helpful. Michelle Harrison is always available and helpful, and Bryon Morales is extremely responsive and helpful as on-site maintenance. I could not be more pleased with an apartment living experience and would recommend to any friend or family member.

|Recommended: YesNice Area — I like it here but I just wish they could fix the online portal issues and the issues with the wifi and parking. Overall, nice grounds and friendly neighbors. Love it here

|Recommended: YesGreat property, amazing staff — I moved in just a couple of days ago and am impressed so far. The staff have been amazing, and the prices are very good for what you get. The location is perfect, and even though I'm facing 3rd street I'm impressed with how manageable the noise level has been I'll still put up curtains to dampen it further, but it's far lower than I expected .
The only constructive criticisms I have are
- I'm not a fan of electric stoves, and would much prefer a gas stovetop
- There's limited space in the kitchen, so I'm having to get creative with storage, especially with the lack of a pantry. A bar island would really help with this it could just be my floor plan that's lacking kitchen storage
- It would be amazing if the apartments had Nest-connected AC, rather than the old remote-controlled ones
- The gym is quite small with limited equipment. If it was a little bigger and had a squat rack and more dumbbells I wouldn't even need to sign up to another gym
- The staff have been great at handling packages, but it would be perfect if we had a system such as ButterflyMX to let in delivery drivers or guests
Overall though, a great experience so far 👍

|Recommended: YesExcellent Maintenance Service — I have loved living here and, like any building, after 8 years things begin to age. But, to be honest, the Gantry still looks and is maintained like new. Our maintenance super, Byron takes good care of the entire building and, whenever I have had any issue or service call, his response time, attitude and service are admirable. I have never even had to wait 24hours for a response and in most cases, he calls, show up and resolves my issue within a couple of hours. Not only that but, he is very communicative, listens and follows up even on the smallest of issues - always making me feel heard and important. Thank you, Byron for the excellent service - the Gantry is lucky to have you.
